There will be a mandatory meeting for parents of Athletes who are participating in Winter Sports on Thursday, December 6th.

The meeting is to discuss travel dates, fundraising needs and our Student-Athlete Code of Conduct.

Our Winter Sports teams are: Girls Basketball, Jr & Sr Boys Basketball and Girls & Boys Wrestling.

I will be available to meet at 12:00 or 3:30pm in the Library at GTN.

Gudangaay Tlaats’gaa Naay Secondary in Masset, BC is now accepting closed bids on each wood shed (hereafter called the “shed”) individually (two total sheds up for bid) currently placed adjacent to Masset’s roller rink. Removal of the “shed” will be on the onus of the winning bidder. Bidding will be open November 21st to December 12th at 4pm. The winning bidder will be will be announced and contacted December 13th.

Please provide the schools’ office with a sealed bid offer amount include your contact details, mailing and email address. Winning bidder, hereon called the Purchaser will take ownership and possession of the shed on an “as is” basis. School District 50 makes no representations and gives no warranties, express or implied, of any kind concerning the shed, including, without limitation, the quality, condition, fitness for any purpose, merchantability or functionality of the shed.

Inspection of the shed at the time receiving it is the responsibility of the Purchaser. The School District has no intention, and is under no obligation, to correct any defects or deficiencies in the shed, including any as may be revealed as the result of such an inspection.

Purchaser releases School District 50 from, and agrees to indemnify and save harmless from and against, any and all losses (as defined below) resulting from the Purchaser entering into this Agreement, including without limitation and by way of example only, losses arising during the removal of the shed from the premises, losses arising from the subsequent use or operation of the Shed, and any other losses which, but for this agreement the School District 50 would not or could not have incurred. (“losses” means, in respect of any matter: (a) all direct and indirect, as well as; (b) consequential losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, costs and expenses, including without limitation, all legal and other professional fees and disbursements, interest, penalties and amounts paid in settlement, whether from a third person or otherwise.).
